Bakerflow was built from real kitchen experience.
Years of managing orders, ingredients, production, and pricing showed where things break down and where they can flow better.
Bakerflow was created by Arvin, winner of The Great Australian Bake Off, and a working baker who understands what happens behind the scenes. Late nights, flour-dusted benches, tight deadlines, and the pressure of getting everything ready on time.
Like many home bakers and small bakery owners, Arvin balanced baking with a full-time job. As orders grew, so did the complexity. Tracking ingredients, scaling recipes, planning prep, and calculating costs started taking more time than the baking itself.
That was the turning point. Baking was never the hard part. The systems around it were.
Bakerflow was built to bring clarity to those systems. Not to replace creativity, but to support it. So bakers can plan with confidence, waste less, and focus on the craft they care about.

Hi, I'm Arvin, a baker, pastry chef, and the creator of Bakerflow.
I started baking at home, fitting orders around work and everyday life. Over time, I found myself managing more spreadsheets than recipes, and spending too many late nights trying to keep everything organised.
Bakerflow comes directly from that experience. Every feature is shaped by how bakers actually work. Multi-day prep, sub-recipes, production flow, and real-world constraints are built into the product from the start.
The platform is still growing and it is being shaped alongside bakers who are running real orders, not hypothetical workflows.
