Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Sign up and you get 14 days of Pro with no payment details. You only add a card if you decide to subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account pauses until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted: your recipes, orders, customers and stock stay exactly as you left them, and subscribing switches everything back on straight away. No surprise charges.
Which plan should I start on?
Pro, for most bakers. It has everything a solo bakery needs, including your Online Store and custom quotes. Business is for when you are regularly past 50 orders a month, want a production team on the same account, or want the store on your own domain. You can move up any time in two clicks.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. When you downgrade, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period. Your data is always preserved.
What counts as an "order" for the monthly limit?
We count orders, not order items. A custom cake order with multiple tiers counts as one order. A wholesale order with 50 croissants counts as one order. Simple and predictable.
How does AI recipe import work?
Upload a photo of a recipe (handwritten or printed), a PDF, or a screenshot. Our AI extracts ingredients, quantities, and instructions, then organizes everything into production phases. It even matches ingredients to your existing inventory.
What's included in the Online Store?
You get a professional storefront at app.bakerflow.com/store/yourbakeryname. Customers can browse your products, see available dates (synced with your capacity), and place orders. Pro includes store themes, custom fields and custom quotes; Business adds auto-accept rules and your own domain.
